A previous employer once had to hire a staff of three to replace her. Although they worked as a team accomplishing her workload, they constantly complained too much was asked of them. Marie was featured among four other Canadians in a National Film Board documentary on Generation X and she was once recruited as an official delegate part of a Team Canada promoting musicians in Louisiana for its international festival in Lafayette.
