Greenroom Coordinator
- coordinated the feeding of 600 artists, crew and volunteers
- worked closely with event Producer to gather information on sponsored food and meals for artists
- gathered and compiled information on a spreadsheet to keep a close eye on updates and food needs
- managed a team of 10 volunteers

- coordinated a national snow sculpture competition and snow sculpture showcase

- coordinated a major upside-down parade having people walk around the floats

- worked with a national network to recruit 1,000 participants
- developed all promotional and communication tools
- created, produced and directed the opening and closing ceremonies
- worked closely with local organization committee hosting community in recruiting volunteers, managing staff, and implementing local plan of action
- developed the arts competition programs and supervised the officials and judges
- worked with various national sports federations (Badminton, Volleyball, Track and Field) for establishing rules and regulations
- assisted the Director in all fundraising processes

- responsible for the funding of the event in 1994 and 1995
- establish partnerships and work with community organizations
- directed the opening and closing ceremonies from 1999 to 2001

- managed teams of staff and volunteers

- coordinated communications for promoting the event and in helping recruit 10,000 people to take part in the rally
- collaborated to help create the show’s concept with Ontario’s top professional performers
