- Worked closely with event Producer to gather information on sponsored food and meals for artists
- Gathered and compiled information on a spreadsheet to keep a close eye on updates and food needs
- Worked with suppliers and sponsors to ensure happy delivery
- Managed a team of 10 volunteers
